After seeing the horrendous effects of violence on their own friends two young Nelson College students started Students Against Violence Everywhere movement.
SAVE or Students Against Violence Everywhere is out to tackle violence in all shapes and in all forms because it's destroying lives and tearing apart our communities.
We must all band together to tackle this issue. SAVE apsires to creating a violence free generation. A world where every person can walk the streets feeling safe and have honest and safe relationships with each other. A world where no one is discriminated against and where young people are valued rather than discriminated against in society.
Everyone deserves to feel safe in school, in the street and in their own home. We must embrace love and respect and encourage others to do the same.
This website is to keep you informed on what SAVE is up to, promote some handy phone numbers for victims of violence, encourage youth to take action on violence and to speak out by telling their stories of violence and heaps more!
