After seeing the effects of violence on their own friends three young Nelson College students started Students Against Violence Everywhere movement.
 
 
SAVE or Students Against Violence Everywhere is out to tackle violence in all shapes and in all forms because it's destroying lives and tearing apart our communities.
 
Students Against Violence Everywhere:
-Embraces and celebrates youth leadership
-Promote peace and non-violence in our schools, homes and communities
-Builds partnerships and networks to connect young people to the community
 
Everyone deserves to feel safe in school, in the street and in their own home. We must embrace love and respect and encourage others to do the same.
 
This website is to keep you informed on what SAVE is up to, promote some handy phone numbers for victims of violence, encourage youth to take action on violence and to speak out by telling their stories of violence and heaps more!
